Dasa8 Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide for Members

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the dasa8 platform and all its members and users. These Terms apply whenever you use our services through the dasa8 website, mobile application, or any other digital channel.

These Terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi members. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the meaning of the original document shall prevail.

Accurate and complete information is required to open an account on dasa8. dasa8 reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time.

Information required for registration:

• Full name (as per National ID or passport)
• Correct date of birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number (Mobile Pay/Nagad number)
• Valid email address
• Bangladeshi address

One person, one account:

Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

After registration, an OTP will be sent to your mobile for verification. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.

Only individuals aged 18 or above may register an account and place bets on dasa8. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Accepted verification documents: National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. A clear photo of the document must be uploaded.

Dasa8 accepts deposits via the mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. All deposits are credited to your account instantly.

Important Rules:

• Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name
• Payments to third-party accounts are not accepted
• No additional fees on deposits
• Dasa8 reserves the right to verify suspicious transactions

Dasa8 is committed to processing winnings as quickly as possible. The following conditions must be met to complete a withdrawal.

Withdrawal requirements:

• KYC verification must be completed
• Wagering requirements must be met when using a bonus
• If there is no active investigation on the account
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit

Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted. If there is a processing delay, please contact our support team.

Bonuses and promotions on dasa8 are an added benefit for members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

General Bonus Rules:

• Welcome bonus applies to first deposit only
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the wagering requirement (typically 5–15x)
• Bonuses not used within 30 days of activation will be forfeited
• Bonuses cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or device
• Bonuses are only valid for Sports Betting or specific games (varies by offer)

Referral Bonus:

Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus. The referred person must be a genuine new member and must make at least one deposit.

Before placing a bet on dasa8, make sure you fully understand the odds and the applicable rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Bet cancellation circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled
• If a match is rescheduled (postponed by more than 48 hours)
• If odds are published incorrectly (in cases of obvious error)
• If a bet is not completed due to a technical issue

Determining match results:

Results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant sporting event. Separate rules may apply for extra time, tiebreakers, or penalty shootouts, as specified in the relevant market description.

Maximum Win Limit:

The maximum winnings from a single bet are ৳10,00,000 (ten lakh BDT). Different limits may apply to accumulator or parlay bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dasa8 platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Attempting to fix matches or influence the outcome of any match
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts
• Bonus Abuse or "Bonus Hunting"
• Operating multiple accounts
• Money Laundering or Illegal Payments
• Collecting personal information of other members or engaging in fraud
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs

Dasa8 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances. The member will be notified of the reason by email.

Reason for account closure:

• Terms Violation
• Providing False Information
• Fraud or Deception
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months+)
• At the member's own request

If a member requests account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. If an account is closed without a stated reason, the member has the right to appeal.

Dasa8 always strives to provide the best service; however, our liability is limited in certain circumstances as defined below.

• We are not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Dasa8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways
• If a user's account information is compromised due to their own negligence
• Losses arising from unforeseen technical issues (force majeure)

Dasa8 takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. We do not sell your information to any third parties.
